Upgrade to `dylint` release `2.0.0`

I've upgraded analog to the examples in https://github.com/trailofbits/dylint/tree/master/examples.

I hope that this fixes some strange Windows CI problems in the ink! repo. I suspect a bug in that particular rust-toolchain.
