* client/authority-discovery: Rework error handling Instead of `handle_dht_events` returning a `Result<(), Error>`, return a `Poll<Error>` where `Poll::Pending` signals that there are no more events to handle and `Poll::Ready(Error)` signals that a fatal error occured.
