Merge branch 'master' into child-trie-soft-min and

state prefix and kvdb prefix confusion fix:
- revert change on state prefix
- add default db prefix on all keyvalue (break db exept if using legacy feature, but then child trie are not usable).
- child prefix got a first byte to differ from default
