Broken code, trying to get cache at account_db level: should do it at

ext level (under storage::child), best way to get primitive right.
Still got storage_key_space generation aka child_id from account_db trait:
just need to make it an additional parameter.
Which make "storage_key_space", "child_root" and other field the low
level def at child address.
