Replaces alice with an object of named accounts
Makes Charlie the receiver of AVT simple transfers
Provides diagnostics of the changes in AVT balance
Changes the value transferred in AVT transfers to 1 micro AVT, so that it can be accepted and we can easily detect these transfers

to help detect the cause for failed transactions (Stale and Invalid Priority)
