[tests] dedup test code, add more tests, improve naming and docs (#5338)

This is mostly tests cleanup:
- uses helper macro for generating teleport tests,
- adds missing treasury tests,
- improves naming and docs for transfer tests.

- [x] does not need a PRDOC
