* Rename timeout consts and timeout parameter; bump leniency

* Update implementor's guide with info about PVFs

* Make glossary a bit easier to read

* Add a note to LENIENT_PREPARATION_TIMEOUT

* Remove PVF-specific section from glossary

* Fix some typos
