Add account creation

Ghost User requested to merge am-account into master

Added the account creation process.

@brianflanagan There are 5 steps now, the order/display is changeable.

Note: For now it's in Settings -> Create Account (i.e. adding account once we already have one or more), but the same process can be used for onboarding.
