Onboarding

Ghost User requested to merge am-onboarding into master

Closes #32 (closed).

Add a simple onboarding process:

  • If it's the first run, then we show an Onboarding page (empty right now). Can add a tutorial, terms of use etc to this page.
  • If the user doesn't have any acccounts, then the next step is account creation. If the user already has accounts on his parity, then we redirect to the homepage.
