* Localise images to config.js file

* Remove sample status plugin (commented)

* Update image references from config

* Remove Unknown capability & Capable (only display actions)

* Update to @parity/ui 2.2.14

* Add Home icon on statusbar (go back)

* Builtin dapp icons where dappreg not available
