server: uniform whitespace handling in rpc calls (#1082) 

* replace FutureDriver with mpsc and tokio::task

* tokio spawn for calls

* refactor round trip for multiple calls

* cleanup

* cleanup

* ws server: reject calls > 127 starting whitespaces

* fix clippy
