This is to differentiate for what abstraction layer they are an example.
The core/ examples are for pdsl_core/ and model/ for pdsl_model respectively.

This can be reverted back to the official parity-codec project once the new version with the changes has been released on crates.io.

Now it has the required features in a branch.

This is for no_std compatibility.

Also extended .gitignore to ignore the target directory of all example projects.
